**Job Title**: Telesales Operative
**Location**: Vaishali Ghaziabad
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services and generate interest.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Identify leads and qualify them by assessing customer needs and determining potential interest in our offerings.
- **Sales Engagement**: Present product offerings clearly and persuasively over the phone, explain key features and benefits, and answer customer inquiries.
- **Relationship Building**: Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with potential customers to encourage future business.
- **Follow-Up Calls**: Follow up on previous calls to convert leads into sales, ensuring prospects remain engaged throughout the process.
- **CRM Management**: Record customer details, interactions, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent outbound calls and successful sales conversions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value to potential customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, improve strategies, and support overall company objectives.

**Desirable Experience**:
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
