**Position Summary**:
The Telesales Executive (Real Estate) is responsible for driving sales by reaching out to potential clients via phone to promote real estate properties, qualify leads, and close deals. This role requires a dynamic and proactive individual with a proven track record in telesales, ideally within the real estate sector. The individual will play an essential role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team to meet organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to available real estate properties and understanding their needs.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Identify and qualify prospects, ensuring that leads are genuine and have a high potential for conversion.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:
- Provide potential buyers with detailed information about properties, amenities, pricing, and other key selling points.
- Conduct effective telesales presentations, overcoming objections and addressing client concerns to drive conversions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone, guiding clients through the entire sales process.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and following up on previous discussions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, addressing any queries or concerns quickly and professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, aiming for repeat business and referrals.
- **CRM Management & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and leads within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Report sales figures, client feedback, and other relevant data to the Sales Manager and team to support decision-making.
- Ensure that client details and communications are properly recorded and tracked.
- **Sales Team Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to in-person meetings or site visits.
- Work closely with other departments (such as marketing and operations) to ensure consistency in messaging and sales strategies.
- **Market Research & Feedback**:
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the real estate market, including pricing, new developments, and market demand.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions to help refine promotional strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- **3+ years of telesales experience**, preferably within the real estate sector or in a similar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- High level of persistence and self-motivation.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes, regulations, and market trends is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
