**About Us**:
Chemist Real Estate is a dynamic real estate company specializing in residential, commercial, and investment properties. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and results for our clients. We are currently looking for a talented freelance Real Estate Associate to join our team and assist with various tasks on a flexible, part-time basis.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with property listings, marketing, and sales activities
- Conduct market research and provide insights on trends and pricing
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads
- Prepare property presentations, reports, and documents
- Coordinate property viewings and meetings with clients
- Update and manage real estate databases and CRM systems
- Provide administrative support for the real estate team as needed
- Assist in creating content for online marketing and social media

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in real estate or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficiency with real estate software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Knowledge of local real estate markets (preferred)
- Flexible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends if necessary

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
