**Job Title: Telesales Operative**

**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

**Job Type**: Full-time / Work from Office

**Job Summary**:
The Telesales Operative is responsible for managing outbound sales calls, maintaining customer records, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call prospective customers and explain product offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through proactive selling.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in telesales or outbound calling.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
