**Telesales Executive - Luxury Car Showroom**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for luxury car sales.
- Handle customer inquiries related to models, pricing, and test drives.
- Maintain a professional relationship with high-profile clients through effective communication.
- Schedule showroom visits and follow up with clients for appointments.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional activities and events.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards in all interactions.

**Skills & Qualities Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Pleasant personality with a confident and polished tone.
- Strong understanding of premium customer service and etiquette.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local language is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

- Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for timely booking and delivery.

**Skills & Qualities Required**:

- Excellent communication and telephonic selling skills.
- Knowledge of travel portals, GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) preferred.
- Customer-focused approach and persuasive attitude.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good command over English and Hindi.
