**Job Title: Telesales Operative**
**Job Summary**:
The Telesales Operative is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers with the goal of promoting and selling products or services. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales in a professional and efficient manner. The Telesales Operative will also maintain accurate records and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Sales Calls**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding customer needs to recommend the most appropriate products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective telesales techniques.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate product information and addressing issues as they arise.
- **Sales and Product Knowledge**:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively present them to customers.
- Provide accurate pricing, offers, and promotions to customers, ensuring all information is clear and compelling.
- Keep up to date with product updates, industry trends, and market competition.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:
- Record customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system or database.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports to track sales performance, leads, and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- **Customer Follow-up**:
- Follow up with leads and customers to close sales, resolve any issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to increase conversion rates and encourage repeat business.
- Send additional information to customers when needed, and follow up on quotes or proposals.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales process and improve customer satisfaction.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and share feedback for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., insurance, telecom, retail].
- Additional language proficiency (if applicable).
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
