Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Advisors, both experienced and freshers, to join our growing sales team. Whether you're just starting your sales career or have a background in outbound sales, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to our company's success. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and driving sales. Your ability to engage, communicate, and persuade will be key in building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- **For Freshers**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, following scripts and guidance provided.
- Promote our products/services and introduce them to prospective clients.
- Learn about customer needs and assist them in finding the right solutions.
- Receive training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Achieve daily or weekly goals set by the team leader.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Reach out to qualified leads and drive product sales through tailored pitches.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure continued sales.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products based on customer needs.
- Handle customer objections with confidence and close deals effectively.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to team performance.
- Use experience to mentor and guide newer team members as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

- **For Freshers**:

- Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn.
- Goal-oriented and eager to achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM software is an advantage.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven track record in outbound sales or telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a history of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient with CRM tools and sales management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.

Educational Requirements:

- **For Freshers**: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree (optional) is a plus.
