**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a highly motivated **Digital Marketing Outbound Sales Representative** to actively reach out to potential clients and promote our digital marketing solutions. Your role will involve cold calling, lead qualification, and closing sales for services like **Google Ads**, **PPC**, **branding**, and **social media marketing**. You will be a key player in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and initiate contact with potential clients across various industries.
- Present and promote digital marketing services tailored to business needs.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads through consultative conversations.
- Schedule appointments or demos and follow up to close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years experience in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in digital marketing or SaaS)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services such as **Google Ads**, **PPC**, **branding**, and **social media campaigns**:

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to handle rejection positively
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Good time management and organizational skills
