We're seeking an Outbound Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using American or British accents.
- Present and promote our products/services to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and goals.
- Build and maintain a database of leads and contacts.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with American or British accents.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
