As an **Outbound Sales Representative**, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, qualifying leads, and selling our products or services. You will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are results-driven, and are eager to make an impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Prospecting**: Make outbound calls to potential clients from a list of leads or generated contacts, introducing and selling the company's products or services.
- **Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads by understanding the customer’s needs, identifying decision-makers, and determining the readiness to purchase.
- **Sales Pitching & Closing**: Deliver tailored sales presentations and pitches, handle objections, and work to close sales over the phone.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and regular follow-ups, maintaining interest and building trust.
- **CRM Data Entry & Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track progress, opportunities, and conversions.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, focusing on generating and converting qualified leads into customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Continuously develop a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings to present the most relevant and compelling solutions to customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights and collaborating to improve sales strategies and processes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively over the phone, listening to customers’ needs and presenting solutions effectively.
- **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- **Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated**: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- **Customer-Centric**: Ability to build rapport with prospects, understand their pain points, and offer solutions that meet their needs.
- **Objection Handling**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome objections and turn leads into customers.
- **Organizational & Time Management Skills**: Excellent time management skills to balance multiple calls, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adjust your approach based on customer needs and changing market conditions.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking customer interactions, managing leads, and reporting sales activity.
- **Positive Attitude & Resilience**: Ability to stay motivated and positive even when facing rejection, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Previous experience in an outbound sales role or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in sales are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
