**Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative**

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and qualify leads
- Effectively pitch and sell products/services to new and existing clients
- Follow up with leads and customers, providing them with product information and addressing any concerns
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and techniques
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:For Freshers:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of sales principles or a keen interest in learning about sales

For Experienced Professionals:

- Proven track record in outbound sales or telemarketing
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and best practices
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
