**Job Title**: Outbound Sales Agent

**Location**: Vaishali ,Ghaziabad

As an **Outbound Sales Agent**, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products or services. You will play a key role in driving sales through cold calling, follow-ups, and qualifying prospects. Your ability to effectively engage with customers and convert leads into opportunities will directly contribute to the success of the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, present products and services, and generate new leads.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, determining decision-making authority, and capturing key information for follow-up.
- **Sales Pitch & Closing**: Deliver compelling sales pitches, overcome objections, and close sales by addressing customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop strong relationships with customers, establish trust, and maintain ongoing communication to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Customer Data Management**: Update CRM with accurate customer information, sales activities, and progress toward sales targets.
- **Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing**: Follow up with prospects and leads to ensure continuity in the sales cycle and increase conversion rates.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in leads, opportunities, and sales revenue.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively sell and communicate value propositions to prospects.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales team to share insights, refine sales strategies, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills to engage with potential customers, clearly present products, and handle objections effectively.
- **Persuasion & Negotiation Skills**: Ability to influence and persuade potential customers, handle rejections, and find ways to turn objections into opportunities.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Customer-Focused**: A customer-first mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and provide solutions that deliver value.
- **Time Management & Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
- **CRM Experience**: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales progress.
- **Positive Attitude**: Enthusiastic, energetic, and driven to succeed, with a positive attitude towards challenges and rejection.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly adapt to changing customer needs and product offerings, with a willingness to learn and grow.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage, but not required.
- Freshers with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment are encouraged to apply.
