**Job Title**: Outbound Sales Advisor

**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

As an **Outbound Sales Advisor**, your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products or services as effective solutions. You will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales. Your goal will be to engage with prospects and convert them into long-term customers, helping the company expand its client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling & Lead Generation**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, qualify leads, and introduce products or services to identify buying potential.
- **Sales Pitching**: Deliver persuasive and tailored sales pitches, focusing on how our products or services can meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess the needs of prospects, identify key decision-makers, and qualify leads to ensure they are sales-ready.
- **Follow-Ups & Relationship Building**: Build rapport with clients through regular follow-up calls, maintain strong relationships, and provide timely information to keep prospects engaged.
- **Sales Conversion**: Close sales by addressing customer needs, answering questions, and overcoming objections, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
- **CRM Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking and reporting purposes.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through consistent outbound efforts and effective sales techniques.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date on product offerings, services, and industry trends to confidently engage prospects and provide tailored solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and share customer insights to enhance lead generation efforts.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present products/services, engage prospects, and handle objections effectively.
- **Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and consistently achieve sales targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- **Sales Expertise**: A strong understanding of sales processes, with the ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
- **Customer-Focused**: Ability to identify customer needs, provide personalized solutions, and build long-term relationships.
- **Time Management & Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills to manage a pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- **Resilience & Adaptability**: Resilient in the face of rejection with the ability to adapt your sales approach to different customer types and situations.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track progress, and report sales activities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work well with team members, share insights, and help improve overall sales strategies.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills, a strong desire to work in sales, and the ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
