**Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative**

**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

**Job Type**: Full-time / Work from Office

**Job Summary**:
The Outbound Sales Representative plays a crucial role in generating sales by contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing deals effectively. This role involves making outbound calls, handling objections, and maintaining a high conversion rate through persuasive communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
- Handle objections and overcome customer concerns to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team for process improvement.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance sales techniques.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through personalized engagement.
- Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to persuade and negotiate with potential customers.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
