
Outbound Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing US customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Use Salesforce to manage and update customer information, track interactions, and follow up on leads.
- **Connectivity Management**: Ensure reliable internet connectivity using a mobile hotspot to maintain seamless communication with customers and team members.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze sales reports from Salesforce to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in a US market. Experience with Salesforce is essential.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using Salesforce for CRM and managing connectivity through a mobile hotspot.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close sales effectively.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle objections, solve customer issues, and make quick decisions to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Availability to work US business hours.
- Familiarity with using VoIP services and other communication tools.
