**Outbound Sales Representative (U.S. Shift)**

**Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Experience Level: 0-5 years**

**Shift Timings: U.S. Shift (8:30 PM - 4:30 AM or 7:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Promotion**: Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating follow-ups.Himalayas
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-5 years in outbound sales, preferably within an international BPO or similar environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to U.S. cultural nuances and accent.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
