A Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads and closing sales over the phone and other platforms. They must have excellent communication skills and a persuasive personality to convince potential customers to purchase products or services. The position requires a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the ability to handle objections and provide solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales
- Identify and qualify leads based on set criteria
- Explain product or service features and benefits
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Update customer information in the database system
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and practices
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- A positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset

**Education and Certifications**
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required to become a Sales Representative.
- A certificate or diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
