**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Interior Sales Representative** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of interior products and services, understanding client requirements, offering design solutions, and closing deals while ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with walk-in clients, inbound leads, and outbound prospects to promote interior solutions.
- Understand customer preferences, lifestyle needs, and design goals to recommend suitable products and services.
- Present interior design concepts, product features, and pricing effectively.
- Collaborate with the design and execution team to ensure seamless delivery.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate to close sales.
- Maintain a strong follow-up routine for existing and potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Keep updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and interactions in CRM systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in interior sales, luxury product sales, or B2C retail sales.
- Strong interest and understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and furnishings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, vendors, and project managers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with interior studios, modular furniture, or home decor brands is a plus.
