**Job Title**: Outbound Sales Representative (Female) - Call-Based

**Location**: Noida

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience Level**: 0-3 Years (Freshers welcome)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/lists.
- Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Generate interest and set appointments or close sales on the spot (depending on the sales funnel).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the team to improve pitch and processes.

**Key Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in [mention language(s): e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Confident telephone manner and strong listening skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,681.46 - ₹34,402.94 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
