**Job Title: Outbound Call Operator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective solar EPC companies and installation firms
- Share company offerings and introduce our solar structure manufacturing services
- Maintain call logs and update client database
- Schedule meetings or demos for the business development team
- Provide accurate information and handle client inquiries professionally

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of solar industry (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in telecalling or outbound sales is a plus
- Confident, polite, and target-driven attitude

**Job Description - Outbound Call Operator**

We are seeking a motivated and energetic **Outbound Call Operator** to join our team at **Bharat Solar Power**. As a front-line communicator, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to **solar EPC companies**, generating leads, and building long-term business relationships.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make daily outbound calls to prospective solar installation companies across India
- Introduce Bharat Solar Power's products and services (solar structure manufacturing)
- Identify potential leads and qualify them based on their interest and requirements
- Maintain detailed call logs, client information, and feedback in the CRM/database
- Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads and set up meetings for the sales team
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, brochures, and technical queries
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and reporting metrics

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum Graduate (any stream)
- 1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi + English)
- Basic understanding of solar energy or interest in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Ability to work independently with a positive and proactive approach
