We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our customer service team. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our customers through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolution of inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Stay updated on company policies and industry trends to provide the best possible service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or education in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,329.60 - ₹27,581.73 per month
