Telesales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to Australian customers, promoting energy products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored energy solutions.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
- Provide information and answer customer inquiries regarding energy plans and services.
- Handle objections effectively and close sales while maintaining professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 6 months of telesales experience, preferably in Australian calling within the energy sector.
- Strong communication skills and a clear, confident phone manner.
- Knowledge of energy plans, services, and industry regulations is a plus.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in outbound sales within the energy sector is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
