As an outbound sales representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospects through various outbound sales techniques. Your goal will be to identify their needs, qualify them as potential customers, and ultimately close sales. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify potential prospects and gather information about their businesses and needs.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and effectively communicate how our products or services can meet those needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments, demos, and meetings with qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure a positive sales experience and address any concerns or objections.
- Keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies to generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team success.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the US calling /OUTBOUND CALLING is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to new sales techniques and strategies and continuously improve sales skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
