**Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking both **Freshers and Experienced Outbound Sales Agents** to join our dynamic team If you're passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, generating leads, and driving revenue through effective sales techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating sales and leads.
- Present products or services in a compelling manner to engage customers and close deals.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer client inquiries and overcome objections.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Record and manage customer data in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and retention.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- **Resilience & Persistence**: Ability to stay motivated and positive while handling rejection and challenging conversations.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable adjusting to new sales strategies, technologies, and customer needs.
- **Time Management**: Ability to efficiently manage multiple calls and priorities to meet daily goals.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus, though training will be provided.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving team and company goals.
- **Freshers**: Willingness to learn and develop sales techniques.

**Desired Qualities**:

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to sales.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing customer requirements.
- Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is a plus, but not required for freshers.
