**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products and services and identifying sales opportunities.
- Engage prospects and build rapport to qualify leads and close sales.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Overcome objections by highlighting product benefits and offering tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor products to effectively position our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Manage client expectations throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth handover to the customer support team post-sale.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication and listening skills to engage with prospects and effectively explain product benefits.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Motivated by performance targets and the desire to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
- **Resilience and Persistence**: Ability to handle rejection and continue pursuing sales leads with a positive attitude.
- **Customer Focus**: Understanding customer needs and offering personalized solutions to create value for them.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not mandatory for freshers.
- **Time Management**: Ability to efficiently manage multiple calls and prioritize tasks to meet targets.
- **Freshers**: Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and drive to succeed in sales.
**Desired Qualities**:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for sales and helping customers.
- Ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous outbound calling or telemarketing experience is a plus, but not required for freshers.
