**Job Title: Telesales Agent**
**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

We are seeking **Freshers and Experienced Telesales Agents** to join our vibrant team Whether you’re starting your career or have experience in telesales, we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and achieve success in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our products or services.
- Effectively pitch products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services where relevant to maximize sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and perform regular follow-up calls to convert prospects into customers.

- **Sales-Driven**: Ability to convert leads into sales and meet targets.

- Previous telesales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
