**About the Role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting products or services.
- Drive sales through effective lead generation and follow-up calls.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of products or services to confidently address customer queries and objections.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Accurately record customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and follow-up on issues or concerns.
- Effectively communicate promotions, special offers, and product benefits.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Clear and confident communicator with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Persistence and Resilience**: Comfortable with handling rejection and continuing to pursue sales opportunities.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Time Management**: Effective in managing time and organizing tasks to optimize call volumes and sales performance.
- **CRM Experience**: Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, though training will be provided for freshers.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using modern sales tools and technologies to track leads and manage sales processes.
- **Freshers**: Strong desire to develop telesales skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.

**Desired Qualities**:

- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and grow within the company.
- Energetic and persistent with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Previous telesales or customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory for freshers.
