Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of promoting and selling our products/services.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Identify and understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
- Effectively manage and prioritize leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and optimizing sales processes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Document and update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a fluent command of the English language (additional language skills are a plus).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
