**Job Description - Telesales Marketer (Work From Home)**

**Position**: Telesales Marketer
**Location**: Work From Home (WFH)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 0-3 years (Freshers are welcome)

**About Us**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound sales calls** to potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve conversion strategies.
- Stay updated with company offerings and industry trends for effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is **preferred**, but not mandatory.
- **Excellent communication skills** in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with online tools/CRM.
- **Work From Home Requirements**: Laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet work environment.
- Minimum education qualification**:12th Pass** (Graduates preferred).
