Telesales Executive (Female Only)

**Location**: Ghaziabad

**Duration**: 1 year

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Ghaziabad. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales deals through outbound telemarketing calls. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services
- Identify and qualify new business leads through phone conversations
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell products/services
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct research on potential customers to better understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing/Commerce preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
