**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers including builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly
- Follow up with existing inquiries, leads, and quotations to close sales
- Maintain and update the customer database with detailed call records
- Schedule appointments or site visits for the field sales team when needed
- Handle inbound calls and resolve queries related to product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets
- Share feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and services
- Assist in executing telemarketing campaigns and promotional offers

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
- 1-3 years of telesales/telecalling experience (preferably in construction materials or hardware industry)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone presence and ability to handle objections
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, data entry)
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
