**Job Title**: Outbound Telesales Executive

**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

**Position Type**: [Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract]

Job Overview:
We are seeking both freshers and experienced professionals to join our team as Outbound Telesales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving business growth by connecting with prospective clients and building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing products or services and identifying sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns or objections.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions to ensure continued interest and drive sales.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor products, and market trends to help improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new sales opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
- Strong persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with cold calling and making numerous outbound calls daily.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with sales scripts and customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and sales goals.
- Prior experience in a target-driven environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
