**Position Overview**:
We’re seeking a results-driven **Telesales Champion** to promote and sell our **IT solutions and digital advertising services**. The role focuses on outbound calling, identifying client needs, and closing sales for our tailored IT offerings and Google Ads campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to pitch IT services and paid advertising solutions
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable packages
- Convert warm leads and handle follow-ups effectively
- Update and manage lead data in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
**Requirements**:
- Experience in telesales or inside sales roles
- Understanding of IT services and Google Ads fundamentals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
