Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated **fresher** and **experienced** Telesales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and driving sales. Whether you are new to telesales or have experience in the field, we offer a dynamic environment to help you grow and succeed. You will work directly with customers, providing them with information, answering questions, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- **For Freshers**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our products/services.
- Follow call scripts and use effective sales techniques to engage with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales leads in the CRM system.
- Learn and develop knowledge of products/services and market trends.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
- Receive continuous training and support to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Proactively make outbound calls to warm and cold leads, promoting products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Handle objections effectively and close sales with confidence.
- Manage leads and sales opportunities through the CRM system.
- Monitor and achieve individual sales targets, contributing to team success.
- Provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- **For Freshers**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales role.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to meet sales targets.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Basic computer skills, and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a bonus but not required.
- Proven track record in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to reach sales goals.
- Goal-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Educational Requirements:
- **For Freshers**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
