**Job Summary**:
The Telesales Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and converting leads into sales or appointments. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and achieving sales targets over the phone.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database or leads provided.
- Explain the company's products/services clearly and convincingly.
- Understand customer needs and offer the best solution.
- Follow up on previous calls and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead updates, and CRM entries.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections or queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service
- Fresher with good communication skills can apply

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English and local language
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Goal-oriented, confident, and persistent
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections positively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹8,873.56 - ₹27,841.79 per month
