**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Sales Calls**:
- Make high volumes of outbound calls to potential customers, both new and existing.
- Introduce products and services to prospects, assess their needs, and present relevant solutions.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:
- Research and identify potential leads through various databases, referrals, and online resources.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and assessing their readiness to buy.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships.
- Answer customer queries regarding products, pricing, and services.
- **Sales Pitch & Negotiation**:
- Effectively communicate product benefits and features to close sales.
- Negotiate terms and handle objections to secure customer commitments.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Track and report daily activities and sales outcomes.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions in CRM software.
- Update customer information regularly to ensure accuracy.
- **Follow-up & After-Sales Service**:
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products and services where appropriate.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other sales teams and departments to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

**Company Description**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,514.80 per month
