**Job Title**: Telesales Representative
**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad
As a **Telesales Representative**, your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and converting leads into sales. You'll be an essential part of our sales team, contributing to our overall growth by qualifying prospects, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products or services.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify the needs of prospective customers, qualify leads, and assess buying potential.
- **Sales Pitching**: Deliver tailored and persuasive sales pitches over the phone, emphasizing the value and benefits of our offerings.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with potential customers and address their questions or concerns to move them through the sales process.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets through consistent efforts to convert leads into actual sales.
- **Follow-Up Calls**: Maintain regular follow-up contact with prospects to nurture leads and close sales.
- **CRM Management**: Log customer details, track interactions, and update sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather customer feedback to improve sales approaches and understand customer needs.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads and contribute to overall team success.
