**THIS IS 100% REMOTE WORK FROM HOME JOB. YOU SHOULD HAVE WORKED AS EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO IN THE PAST AND MIN 8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND MUST HAVE "BRITISH OR AMERICAN ENGLISH ACCENT". FMCG EXPERIENCE OR ANY PRODUCT EXPERIENCE IS MOST PREFERRED.** **Responsibilities**: - Handle communication on behalf of the CEO with stores where our products are sold, ensuring effective liaison and management of stock deliveries. - Maintain regular contact with stores in different time zones (Dubai, Europe, USA) The work timings are **4:30 P.M to 12:30 A.M**: - Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and partners. - Proficiently manage video editing, Excel, and PowerPoint tasks. - Assist in financial tasks such as cross-verifying invoices and tallying financial totals. - Make outbound calls to potential partners to introduce our products and offer sample shipments. **Requirements**: - Fluent in English with a good **American or British accent** (_**MUST, IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE ACCENT, PLEASE DON'T APPLY**_) to ensure effective communication. - Ability to work from 4:30 pm to 12:30 am. - Strong communication skills and proficiency in video editing, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Comfortable with numbers and capable of cross-verifying invoices and financial totals. - Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. **How to Apply**: If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your qualifications and why you would be a good fit for this position Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Work from home Schedule: - Evening shift **Experience**: - total work: 7 years (required) - Executive assistant to CEO: 6 years (required) Work Location: Remote
