Job Title: Full-Time Personal Assistant to CEO (Remote)

Location: Work from Home

Work Time: 7 PM - 4 AM (night shift)

We are hiring a full-time personal assistant for the CEO to support daily team performance reviews in a fully remote, flexible role. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor & Review: Track and assess team performance daily, ensuring KPIs are met.

2. Feedback & Recommendations: Summarize insights for the CEO and offer feedback for team improvement.

3. Trend Analysis: Spot performance trends and support proactive measures.

4. Admin Support: Aid the CEO with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Organizational Proficiency: Strong time management and communication skills.

2. Independent & Motivated: Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

3. Performance Savvy: Familiarity with tracking tools and spreadsheets.

"Experience in Team Coordination is a plus".
