Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule Management
Maintain and organize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Ensure the CEO is aware of daily priorities and deadlines.
2. Communication
3. Administrative Support
Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
4. Travel Coordination
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handle travel expense reports and reimbursements.
5. Project Management
Assist in managing key projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure tasks are completed on time.
6. Personal Tasks
Handle personal errands and tasks for the CEO as needed.
7. Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
**Qualifications**:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Any Streem
**Skills**:Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
