Business Developement Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of the organization. This role involves market research, networking, and creating strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s overall revenue and profitability.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Gather data and insights on market conditions and consumer behaviour.
- Identify decision-makers and build rapport with prospects.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor analysis.
- Assist in forecasting revenue and setting quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
