**Job Summary**
- Independently engage in business development activities to on board new clients.
- Cold calling new clients for vendor empanelments.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations to Clients, stakeholders, including hiring managers and executive teams.
- Conduct and manage walkin drives
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Work closely with International and Indian Clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Attend weekly client calls and provide hiring updates.
- Provide new hires with necessary resources and information to help them succeed in their roles.
- Address any onboarding issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive start for new employees.
- Be prepared to travel as needed to meet Clients, attend job fairs, or visit different office locations.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and IT industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inform a variety of audiences.
- Willingness to travel as required.
