**New business development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
- **Client relationship management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- **Sales strategy and execution**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Market intelligence**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
- **Negotiation and deal closure**: Negotiate and finalize new business deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contract terms with business operations.
- **Reporting and analysis**: Track sales metrics, monitor progress, and prepare regular reports on sales performance for management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to align business development goals with company strategy.
- **Brand representation**: Act as an ambassador for the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
