
Business Developement Executive

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to help us grow our client base and expand market presence. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and closing deals to achieve revenue goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable products/services to meet their business needs.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings/demos (online or in-person), and follow up on proposals.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align on lead quality, service offerings, and branding strategy.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in IT, SaaS, or B2B services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
