**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and target potential clients within the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and corporate training departments.
- **Sales Presentation and Demonstration**:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs and interests of each client.
- Articulate the benefits and value of our EdTech solutions in solving specific client challenges.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry through post-sale support.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet revenue goals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including contract negotiation and finalization.
- **Market Analysis and Strategy**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape product development and promotional strategies.
- **Sales Reporting and Administration**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- **Client Support and Relationship Management**:
- Ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation by collaborating with customer support and implementation teams.
- Address any post-sale issues or concerns to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- **Experience**: [2-5] years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the EdTech or educational services industry.
- **Skills**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of educational technology and its impact on learning and business outcomes.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
