**Job Title**: B2B Sales Executive

**Location**: Remote

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, approach, and build relationships with travel agencies, corporates, and partners to generate B2B business.
- Promote and sell tourism packages, including domestic and international tours, flights, hotels, visas, and holiday packages.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and reservations team for smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on tourism industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **B2B sales**, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of tourism products (flights, hotels, tours, visas, holiday packages).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho knowledge is a plus).
