Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Location: Remote

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with travel agencies, corporates, and partners to generate B2B business.
  • Promote and sell tourism packages, including domestic and international tours, flights, hotels, visas, and holiday packages.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and reservations team for smooth service delivery.
  • Stay updated on tourism industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of tourism products (flights, hotels, tours, visas, holiday packages).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho knowledge is a plus).
