Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Executive to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and business
- development, with a proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
- As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client
- relationships, and expanding our market presence.
- This role requires excellent
- negotiation skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in assigned territories.
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and identifying up selling opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our products.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and drive results independently.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective territory management and account tracking.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and developing actionable strategies.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively while addressing client needs and concerns.
- Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus.
