We are 20 yr old group of company working in more than top 18 industries on Pan India basis, we are working in FMCG, Retail, Banking & Microfinance Finance, Real estate, Insurance, Pharma, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 2700 employees in ore than 850 branches over India.

Department:- Real Estate

Basic eligibility criteria:-

  • Only Male require.
  • Candidate will prefer who are living in nearby area of Alambagh, Lucknow.
  • Expert to speak English in conversation and written both.

Work experience and educational qualification:-

  • min 6 month to 1 year work experience as receptionist in Real estate company OR in hotel industry OR
  • Fresher graduate in any stream with Excellent Communication Skills & Presence of Mind.

Key skills:- MS Office, MS Excel, Pleasant Personality & Voice.

Job role and responsibilities:-

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
  • Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette's and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.

Salary:- Rs.12,000-18,000/- per month (Negotiable)
