Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, directing inquiries, and performing clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include customer service and ensuring the smooth functioning of front desk activities, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, Clerical Skills, and Phone Etiquette
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office) are a plus
- Experience in a front office or administrative role is advantageous
